1. Engagement & Service Agreement
By engaging TopperCode for custom software development, AI automation workflows, technical SEO audits, or academic capstone mentoring, you agree to these Terms of Service. All projects operate strictly on fixed milestone scoping established prior to sprint initiation.
2. Transparent 50/50 Milestone Payment Model
- Upfront Initiation Deposit (50%): Covers initial architecture, requirements analysis, database schema creation, and sprint commencement.
- Completion Balance (50%): Due only after an interactive, live screen-share video demonstration of the completed deliverables satisfying the agreed milestone criteria.
- No Hidden Fees: Quotes provided in writing or via WhatsApp are binding for the specified scope. Scope additions requested during development are estimated as separate sprint items.
3. 100% Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Upon final milestone settlement, complete ownership of the custom codebase, database schemas, scripts, and documentation is transferred directly to the client without ongoing licensing fees or agency lock-in.
4. Ethical Academic Mentoring Principles
TopperCode adheres strictly to educational engineering ethics:
- Mentoring services are designed to teach students system architecture, code mechanics, algorithmic debugging, and viva presentation skills.
- Students participate in 1-on-1 walkthroughs ensuring full intellectual command of their project work.
- We do not guarantee institutional examination grades, as final marks remain at the sole discretion of college evaluation panels.
5. 14-Day Post-Delivery Warranty
All software deliverables include a 14-day warranty period during which any deviations from agreed scope or unforeseen runtime bugs will be resolved promptly at zero additional cost.
